Sports and brand events in Buenos Aires

Your brand wants a tournament, a padel or tennis activation, a football experience or a launch in Argentina. We are the local team that makes it happen: we find the venue, build it, bring the suppliers and the bilingual staff, run accreditation and take care of the logistics. One coordinator on our side, from the first call to teardown.

What we handle for you

Everything that happens on the ground in Argentina, so your team only deals with one partner.

Venue search

Premium clubs, courts, private estates and stadium spaces. When the brief calls for it, we negotiate a full buyout so the venue is yours for the day.

Build and branding

Courts, stands, lounges, signage and brand applications, produced locally and set up to your brand guidelines.

Technical production

Sound, lighting, screens, streaming and power, with the crew we already work with in Buenos Aires.

Catering and hospitality

From a players’ lounge to a VIP area for guests and press, with the menu and service level the event needs.

Bilingual staff

Hosts, coordinators and runners who speak English with your team and Spanish with suppliers and guests.

Accreditation with PASE

Registration, QR credentials and check-in for players, guests, press and staff on PASE, our own platform.

Logistics

Transfers, hotels, permits, equipment imports and timing for teams, talent and guests flying in.

One coordinator

A single person at DER who answers for the whole operation and talks to your team in English.

How we work with brands from abroad

You bring the concept and the brand. We deliver it in Argentina without redesigning what you already decided.

Your plan, our ground team

Beyond 90 (UK) designed the Manchester City Treble Trophy Tour and we produced it in Buenos Aires. That is how we like to work: your idea, our execution.

A real local budget

We quote with Argentine suppliers at local prices and send you one clear figure, so you can compare and decide fast.

Outside Buenos Aires too

Bariloche, the provinces or several cities at once: for Backyard Group (Mexico) we ran DiDi launches in three different cities.

How it goes

Sport or format, dates, city, guests, press and what the brand wants people to take home. We can sign an NDA first.

  2. 02

    Venue options

A short list of venues that fit, with availability, what a buyout would involve and photos.

  3. 03

    Proposal

Build, tech, catering, staff, accreditation and logistics, quoted with local suppliers and presented as one figure.

  4. 04

    Production

Permits, suppliers, branding and the run of show, with weekly updates to your team.

  5. 05

    Event days

Our coordinator on site, staff at every point and one channel with your team.

  6. 06

    Close

Teardown, supplier settlement and the accreditation report if we ran check-in.

Bringing more than one event?

If your agency has an incentive trip, a regional tour or several events in Latin America, take a look at our DMC page.

Tell us about your event

Dates, city, number of guests and what you need. That is enough for us to send you a proposal.

It goes straight to Franco Ridao, director of DER, in Buenos Aires.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can SOMOS DER produce a padel or tennis tournament for a brand in Buenos Aires?

Yes. We find the club, negotiate the dates or a full buyout, build the branding and run tech, catering, staff, accreditation and logistics. The sporting side (draw, referees, rankings) stays with the tournament organizer or federation; we produce everything around it.

Can you book a premium club exclusively for our event?

In many cases, yes. Whether a club can close completely depends on the club and the date, so we check it early and tell you clearly what is possible before you commit.

Do you work directly with brands or through their agency?

Both. Often the brand’s global agency designs the experience and we are the production partner in Argentina, as we were for Beyond 90 with Manchester City.

Does your team speak English?

Yes. Your coordinator works with your team in English, and we add bilingual staff on site for guests, players and press.

How do you handle accreditation for players, guests and press?

With PASE, our own accreditation platform: online registration, QR credentials and check-in on the day, with separate access levels for each group.

Can you work outside Buenos Aires?

Yes. We have produced in Bariloche and in several provinces, and we can run the same event in more than one city.

How do you quote and invoice a company abroad?

We quote with local suppliers and present one figure. We invoice your company with an Argentine export invoice (Factura E), in US dollars.

Planning something in Argentina?

Tell us the sport or format, the dates and roughly how many people. A person from our team will get back to you.
