Events for embassies and international organizations in Buenos Aires

Receptions, national days, trade missions and official visits. We take care of production and accreditation so the embassy team can be with its guests.

An embassy runs only a few events a year, but each one matters. There are officials, press, guests who cannot be kept waiting in a queue, and a protocol office that already has too much on its plate. We are an event production company based in Buenos Aires, and we join as the team that handles everything behind the scenes: venue, suppliers, technical production, accreditation and the people at the door.

What we do for embassies, chambers and delegations

Receptions and national days

From a reception at the residence to a celebration in a venue for several hundred guests. We find the venue if needed, set up sound for the speeches and the anthem, coordinate catering and staff, and leave everything ready so the ambassador can host without worrying about anything else.

Trade missions and delegation visits

Business matchmaking sessions, seminars, country presentations and company visits. We handle transfers, the daily agenda, meeting rooms and whatever comes up along the way. If the mission continues to another province, we go with it.

Events for bilateral chambers and international organizations

Forums, lunches with officials, award ceremonies, programme launches and regional meetings. For larger congresses, see conference and congress production and the main venues in Buenos Aires.

Guest accreditation with PASE

PASE is our own accreditation technology. Guests register in English or Spanish, receive a QR credential, and at the door it is checked against the list the embassy approved. You see who has arrived in real time. More in access control and accreditations.

Protocol support and bilingual staff

The embassy sets the protocol; we carry it out. English-speaking reception staff, seating of officials in the order you give us, a minute-by-minute run of show, and one of our people next to the embassy lead for the whole event.

Work we have done for organizations and brands from abroad

All our work is in events held.

How we start

Tell us the date, the number of guests and the kind of event you have in mind. We reply with a proposal including venue options and a detailed budget, in English or Spanish. If you already have a venue and suppliers, we step in only where you need us.

Request a proposal About PASE

Tell us about your event

Dates, city, number of guests and what you need. That is enough for us to send you a proposal.

It goes straight to Franco Ridao, director of DER, in Buenos Aires.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about embassy events

Do you work with the embassy protocol office?

Always. The order of precedence, the guest list and the speeches are set by the embassy. We turn them into the operation: who greets whom, which door each official uses, where they sit and when.

Can guests register in English?

Yes. PASE registration pages and emails work in English or Spanish, every guest gets a QR credential, and at the door it is checked against the list approved by the embassy. If someone arrives without being on the list, it is handled with the person you designate, not in the queue.

Do you handle events outside Buenos Aires?

Yes. Trade missions often continue to other provinces. We coordinate the Buenos Aires leg and what comes next elsewhere in Argentina or in neighbouring countries.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

For a national day reception, two or three months ahead is ideal, because good venues on those dates book early. For a delegation visit with a fixed agenda, write as soon as you have the dates and we will work with what is available.

Can you send the proposal in English?

Yes. We send the proposal in English or Spanish, with the breakdown your mission needs for approval. Write to contacto@somosder.com.ar or on WhatsApp.
