For countries, brands and fairs from abroad
Your stand or your fair in Argentina, run locally
SOMOS DER produces everything that happens inside and around your stand or your fair in Argentina: catering and tastings, registration and badges, access control, credentials, coverage and staff. We did it for the Dominican Republic as guest country of honor at FIT 2026, and for ArPa, the São Paulo art fair that held its first international edition in Buenos Aires.
What we produce at a trade fair
Only services we have already delivered in cases published on this site.
Catering at your stand
Tastings of your cuisine served at the right temperature for the whole fair, even when the stand allows no cooking: we cook off site and bring it in every day.
Your recipes, local produce
If an ingredient does not exist in Argentina, we find the closest match and agree it with you, so the flavor stays true to your country.
Registration under your brand
A form inside your own website and a QR pass by email in Spanish, Portuguese or English, sent from your sender name, not ours.
Invitations per exhibitor
One QR per gallery, exhibitor or partner with an entry cap: the door shows «entry 12 of 60», so a forwarded link does not let just anyone in.
Access control at scale
Online pre-registration, dynamic QR codes and a live dashboard of entries by gate and by area, for fairs with thousands of visitors a day.
Remote operation
If your fair is in another country of the region, we set up the system, train the local team and monitor it from Buenos Aires.
Badges and coverage
Photo badges for your team, security and staff, print-ready, plus photo coverage of your stand and demos.
Local staff, one lead
Local staff briefed with written instructions and one DER lead as your single point of contact for the whole fair.
Why exhibitors and fairs from abroad work with us
What we have done in the cases below, with no promises we cannot show.
We have produced for a country exhibitor
The Dominican Republic Tourism Office in Argentina hired us for the catering of its 400 m² stand at FIT 2026, at La Rural: over 7,000 servings in 4 days.
Fairs arriving for the first time
ArPa was born in São Paulo and held its first international edition in Buenos Aires: registration, invitations and the door were ours, under the ArPa brand.
Remote, too
At the Guatemala International Book Fair we ran access control for 90,000 visitors over 13 days without setting foot in Guatemala.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does SOMOS DER do for a foreign exhibitor at a fair in Argentina?
We produce what happens inside and around the stand: catering and tastings, registration and invitations, access control, badges, photo coverage and local staff, with one person in charge.
Do you build stands?
We have no published case of stand design or construction. If you need it, we source and quote it with Argentine suppliers and make it clear in the proposal; what we have already delivered is everything that happens inside.
Have you worked with a country at FIT?
Yes. We produced the catering of the Dominican Republic stand, guest country of honor at FIT 2026 at La Rural, hired by its Tourism Office in Argentina.
Can you run registration for a fair coming from abroad?
Yes. For ArPa, the São Paulo fair, registration lived on the fair’s own website under its brand, and the QR pass went out in Spanish, Portuguese or English from ArPa’s sender name.
Do you work at fairs outside Argentina?
Yes. At the Guatemala International Book Fair we ran access control for 90,000 visitors remotely, with a local team we trained.
How do you quote from abroad?
With Argentine suppliers at local market prices, presented as a single figure in your currency. There is no standard price because every fair is different.
Exhibiting or bringing your fair to Argentina?
Tell us which fair, when, what stand size and what you need. A person from our team will reply.
