Your team works across cities and time zones and meets for a few days in Bariloche. We produce what happens once they land: the sessions, the activities and the night out.
SOMOS DER is an Argentine event production company that produces company offsites in Bariloche and Patagonia. We set up the working rooms with sound and screens, the group activities, the night out, catering, staff and check-in on PASE, our own platform. What we produce for your offsite
An offsite has three moments: the working day, what the team does together and the night out. We produce all three.
The working day
A room set up for the team’s sessions: sound, microphones, a screen or projection, and every piece of tech tested before the first talk starts.
Group activities
What the team does together between sessions, coordinated with local suppliers in Bariloche and timed to fit the working agenda.
The night out
Dinner, a party or the closing night: venue, styling, sound, lighting and bar, run by the same DER lead who was there in the morning.
Catering
Coffee breaks, working lunches and dinner, with suppliers from the area and quantities planned for the real size of the group.
Check-in on PASE
The team list, entry by QR code or by name and a badge printed on the spot. It also tells you who made it to each session.
Staff and photos
Event staff and photo coverage, with the option of delivering photos with the company’s branding on the spot, as we did on Cerro Catedral.

Your travel partner
Flights, airport transfers and the hotel stay with your travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell flights or book rooms.
DER, on the ground
We produce the events of the programme: rooms, tech, activities, the night out, catering, staff and check-in. We quote with local suppliers and give you one figure.
One person accountable
From the first call to the wrap-up, one DER lead works with your People or Ops team and with the travel partner, so the run of show and the logistics match.

Do you produce company offsites in Bariloche?
Yes. We produce the events of the offsite in Bariloche and Patagonia: the working day with sound and screens, the group activities, the night out, catering, staff and check-in on PASE, with one person accountable.
Have you run an offsite in Bariloche before?

No. Flights, transfers and the hotel are handled by your travel agency or tour operator. We produce the events and coordinate with them so the timings line up.
Do you work with companies that have no office in Argentina?
Yes. Pre-production happens remotely, with your team wherever it is, and during the offsite our production lead is on site in Bariloche. That is how we worked with the agencies from Mexico and Brazil.
How do you quote an offsite?
With local suppliers, at local market prices. Tell us the dates, headcount and which moments you need, and we give you one figure. We do not publish a standard price because every offsite is different.
