US agencies: your event in Argentina
Your agency sells and designs the program; SOMOS DER produces it in Buenos Aires, in Patagonia or anywhere else in the country. Venues, vendors, local crew and check-in, with a single production lead working remotely with your team from the first brief to the final report.
Why Argentina for your client
Direct flights from the US
There are nonstop flights to Buenos Aires from Miami, New York, Atlanta, Dallas and Houston. An overnight flight, and the group lands in the morning ready for the program.
One or two hours ahead
Buenos Aires is one hour ahead of New York during US daylight saving time and two hours ahead the rest of the year. Your working day and ours overlap almost completely.
Seasons in reverse
When it is winter in the US, it is summer in Argentina, and from July to September there is snow in Bariloche. The same group can get a season it does not have at home.
Patagonia, wine and food
Glaciers, lakes, Mendoza vineyards and the Buenos Aires dining scene: moments that belong in the program, not just at the gala dinner.
Budget in US dollars
We source from local vendors at Argentine market prices and present a single figure in US dollars.
Argentina hosted 147 international association meetings in the ICCA 2025 rankings, placing 30th in the world.

Frequently asked questions
Has DER worked for agencies from abroad?
Yes. We executed the Manchester City trophy tour in Buenos Aires for a UK agency and produced three DiDi launches in Bariloche, Formosa and Catamarca for a Mexican agency. We do not have a published case with a US agency yet.
Can you work white label?
Yes. It is one of our regular formats: we operate under your agency’s brand and the relationship with the end client stays yours.
How do you quote remotely?
With local vendors and Argentine market prices. We check every quote against our production criteria and present a single figure in US dollars.
Can you produce outside Buenos Aires?
Yes. We produce across the country, from Bariloche and Patagonia to the north, and in other Latin American countries with vendors in the region.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If you need one, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share the brief or your client’s name.
Have an event in Argentina for a client?
Tell us the city, the dates and the size of the group. Someone from our team will get back to you.
