Sound and conference systems
Microphones at the speakers table, wireless mics for questions from the floor and a technician in every room, all tested the day before.
Screens, stage and lighting
LED screen or projection readable from every table, stage and lighting adapted to the room during the site visit.
Live streaming
Live broadcast of the open sessions for delegates following from outside the room, with a dedicated crew.
Accreditation on PASE
Registration, QR check-in, badges printed on arrival, colours by attendee type, walk-in sign-ups and the attendance report the same night.
Staff and reception
Hostesses and reception staff at accreditation and in the rooms, briefed on the congress running order.
Host and running order
A host for the sessions with a block-by-block script prepared with the organisers.
Catering and gala dinner
Coffee breaks, lunches and the closing night: venue, staging, sound, lighting and catering.

What does SOMOS DER do at a conference or congress in Argentina?
We produce the event side: sound and conference systems, screens, stage and lighting, live streaming, accreditation on PASE, staff, a host, catering and the gala dinner, with one production lead.
Are you a PCO?
Not a full-service one, and we would rather say it plainly: we do not handle abstracts, paid registration or hotel room blocks. We work alongside your PCO, your agency or your team and make sure the rooms, the check-in and the evenings run.
How does accreditation work?
On PASE, our own platform: the delegate list is loaded in advance, each person checks in with a QR code or by name, the badge prints on the spot with name, title and company, and you get the attendance report that night.
Can you stream the sessions?
Yes. At the 5th World Congress of Asturian Communities we streamed the open sessions live with a dedicated crew so they could be followed from outside the room.
Do you work outside Buenos Aires?
Yes. We produce across Argentina and Latin America with our own production direction and local suppliers.
How do you quote from abroad?
With local suppliers at local market prices. We review every quote against our production criteria and present a single figure in your currency. There is no standard price because every congress is different.
