Uruguay is the only market where we can be physically present the same day. Montevideo is a 45-minute flight from Buenos Aires and Colonia a little over an hour by ferry: the direction team can survey the venue in the morning and be back at night.
That changes how production works. In Guatemala or Spain we work remotely because distance requires it, and we have that solved. Here there is no need to choose: you can have production direction on site at the build and a local Uruguayan crew operating, without the cost of an international structure.
A high season with its own logic. Punta del Este between December and February is a different market from the rest of the year: suppliers get booked up and prices move. We quote with Uruguayan suppliers and with that reality on the table, not with a generic figure.

No, and in Uruguay it hardly matters: Montevideo is a 45-minute flight from Buenos Aires. The direction team can be at the venue the same day, and the crew is built with Uruguayan suppliers. It saves you a fixed structure without losing presence.
Do you work in Punta del Este? +
Yes, and it is worth discussing early. Between December and February the market gets saturated: suppliers commit months in advance and prices move sharply. The sooner the budget is put together, the better the figure.
How do you quote an event in Uruguay? +
