Trophy tours and fan events in Argentina

SOMOS DER produces on the ground the tour or fan experience your club, league or agency has already designed: in Buenos Aires, in the provinces or across several cities. Build, fan journey, press, access, suppliers and local staff, with one person accountable for all of it. We have done it with Manchester City’s original Treble trophies.

What we produce for a fan tour

Only services we have already delivered in cases published on this site.

Full production on the ground

The agency or club brings the concept; we bring the team, the suppliers and the operation in Argentina, as its local arm.

Trophies under the club’s protocol

Original trophies are not props: they are displayed under the security protocol set by the club, and we follow it to the letter.

The fan journey

A flow designed so every fan gets their moment with the trophy, without feeling the queue or the build behind it.

Press

Press handling on site, coordinated with the day’s operation so coverage never stalls the public flow.

Access control and box office

Checking tickets sold online, a box office for walk-up sales and live monitoring of entries.

Stadium activations

Moments that happen once in front of thousands of people, solved beforehand on paper, row by row.

Several cities, one standard

The same operation from the first date to the last, with trained local staff in each city and a report per show.

Local staff and a DER lead

Local staff briefed with a written guide, coordinated by radio, and one DER lead as your single contact.

How we work with clubs and agencies abroad

What we have already done in the cases below, with no promises we cannot show.

Your concept, our execution

Beyond 90 (UK) designed the Treble Trophy Tour experience and we delivered it in Buenos Aires, without redesigning what had been decided.

One person accountable

Suppliers, transport, permits, build and access coordinated by one person at DER who answers for the whole operation on the ground.

Method for long tours

Thirty dates in a row go well by method: we proved it on Abel Pintos’s tour, with the same access control across 10 cities.

How we build your tour

  1. 01

    Brief

Trophy or experience, city or cities, dates, expected audience, press and the club’s protocol. We can sign an NDA first.

  2. 02

    Local proposal

Venues, fan journey, suppliers and operation planned for each city, quoted with Argentine suppliers and presented as one figure.

  3. 03

    Protocol and permits

We turn the club’s security protocol into the operation and handle permits, transport and build.

  4. 04

    Access and staff

We set up entry, the box office if there is one and local staff, briefed with a written guide and connected by radio.

  5. 05

    Tour days

A DER lead on site, staff at every point and a single communication channel with your team.

  6. 06

    Close

Teardown, supplier settlement and, where we ran access control, the entry report for each date.

Need a local partner for more than one tour?

If your agency is bringing several events, an incentive trip or a regional tour, see our DMC page.

Tell us about your event

Dates, city, number of guests and what you need. That is enough for us to send you a proposal.

It goes straight to Franco Ridao, director of DER, in Buenos Aires.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does SOMOS DER do for a trophy tour in Argentina?

We produce the tour on the ground: build, fan journey, trophy handling under the club’s protocol, press, suppliers, staff and the logistics of each day, with one person accountable.

Have you worked with original trophies?

Yes. At Manchester City’s Treble Trophy Tour the original trophies were displayed under a security protocol set by the club’s headquarters, and we followed it to the letter.

Do you work with the club’s or league’s agency?

Yes, that is the usual setup. Beyond 90 (UK) designed the City experience and we were its operating partner in Argentina.

Can you take the experience to several cities?

Yes. On Abel Pintos’s tour we ran access control for 30 dates in 10 cities, with trained local staff in each one and the same standard.

Do you handle tickets and access?

Yes: checking tickets sold online, a box office for walk-up sales, live monitoring of entries and a report per show.

How do you quote from abroad?

With local suppliers at local market prices, presented as a single figure in your currency. There is no standard price because every tour is different.

Bringing a trophy or a tour to Argentina?
