CARMEET 2026
All event staff at CARMEET 2026 at the Puerto Madero Casino: on site for build and teardown, production of set-up and strike, and live coordination of access control, box office, hostesses and the VIP area, with more than 100 high-end cars.
CARMEET brought more than 100 high-end cars together on Sunday 10 May 2026 in the Puerto Madero Casino car park: supercars, classics, muscle cars, clubs such as the Ferrari Club Argentino and the Mustang Club of Argentina, and a drift show, from 1 to 7 pm with paid entry. DER handled all the event staff: on site for build and teardown, production of the set-up and strike, and coordination during the day of the access control, box office, hostess and VIP area teams.
On site from the build
We were on site from set-up: barriers, the drift circuit with its tyre wall, generators and fire extinguishers. Every supplier knew who to talk to, and the staff arrived at a finished venue, not a building site.
Access control and box office
One team for the entrance: checking tickets sold online at the entry arch and a box office for people buying on the day. With 100 high-end cars inside, nothing is improvised at the door.
Hostesses in the event’s look
Hostesses welcomed the public at the arch and guided them around the venue, in the event’s look, so the first face of the event was the brand’s.
A separate VIP area
The VIP area had its own staff, coordinated by the same team as the rest of the event, so special guests had separate attention.
Live technical coordination
For the six hours, one lead for all staff and for communication with the organisers, with the drift show and the cars on display running on the same site.
Teardown to the end
The job did not end with the last car. Strike at night, with the same team, until the site was cleared.
At an event with a hundred collector cars, the staff is what you don’t see in the photos and what makes everything turn out in the photos.
